Although the entire mixtape didn’t drop on Halloween as planned, Queen Bee decides to release a track from the mixtape. The track is called “Dead Gal Walking”, and def has that reggae feel but still sounds so Brooklyn. We’re not feeling this one, but it’s great to see Kim releasing music.
Her delayed mixtape, Hard Core 2K13 is now scheduled to be released on November 29th.
According to MTV’s RapFix, Lil Kim is planning to release a new memoior entitled “The Price Of Loyalty, and also a untitled documentary. “I’ve been doing everything myself and quite frankly, for me to not have the backing, or the budget that I used to have, for me to be able to still move the way I move and be relevant the way I am, I feel blessed,” she said. Do remember in 2008 Simon & Schuster sued the Lil Kim for failing to turn out a finished product after she accepted a $40,000 advance for a memoir.
“I’ve been independent; you know I left my record company two years ago. I was in another situation and that’s going to be in the documentary as well and why it took so long,” she said. “I am not sure if I’m going to separate that documentary from that book. That’s what we’re trying to figure out right now.”
Didn’t he have “Murda” in front of his name once before. Anyways, “O.D.,” serves as a cut off Mook’s DJ Khaled-hosted mixtape “401k.” Lil Kim has been popping up alot lately, but at least her verse here is better than “Spend A Milli.” Thanks to Team Queen Bee on the heads up.
