Produced by Big Dho.
This was the 2nd song LEG & I recorded. This joint was recorded at “Missy Ann Studio” DJ MC came through and did the cuts for the hook. Writing and recording this joint was dope. Too bad nobody caught this on camera.
Funny story about this song. When Big Dho gave me this beat, it was originally a solo joint. So I wrote to it , came up with the hook & went to “Chopp Shopp Studio” to record it. When I got there, 9th was there w/L.E.G.A.C.Y. LEG also thought he was recording this song alone. This was the 1st time I met LEG. As the arrogant bastards we were, we sized each other up sayin “this better be dope” and the song came out flawless. Since that day L.E.G.A.C.Y. & I continued to make incredible songs. I really wish we finished that damn album!! 9th & Dho knew what they were doing by not telling us we were doing this song together.
This is also L’Orange’s debut track with Lo Phi Records. Next few months, L’Orange will be releasing “Old Soul” (an instrumental tribute to Billie Holiday) and “The Creation EP” (the highly anticipated prequel to The Manipulation EP). If this is any indication…

Never heard of this guy J. Good, but he’s pretty dope can’t front. Sacramento’s own J. Good recruits some of my favorite emcee’s for this cut off his upcoming “Look On the Brightside” album.
