Fresh off his latest project, Glitches in the Break, the Detroit producer/rapper Black Milk releases a brand new track titled “What’s It Worth”. Black Milk switches the flow up on the self produced record, and we’re not complaining one bit. Hopefully we can hear another project soon, and we’re open for another Random Axe album too.

The Barrel Brothers and Random Axe connect. Skyzoo & Torae are set to release their upcoming studio LP, Barrel Brothers next week. Today they release a hard hitting street cut titled “All In Together”. With Black Milk on the production, the track features Guilty Simpson & Sean Price. Wish Black Milk would’ve had a verse on this too. Pre-order the album here.

Producer/rapper Black Milk is one of the most talented artists out (which I think he’s underrated), sat down with Mass Appeal for their new series Rhythm Roulette. They travel to a record shop in Dallas, blindfolds himself and chooses three random samples to create a beat from. Very interesting concept, watch the video down below to see what Black Milk came up with.

On Tuesday, Black Milk is set to release his forthcoming EP titled Glitches in the Break. After releasing the first single “Cold Day”, we were anxious to hear what was to come on the upcoming project. Today, DJ Booth gets the exclusive stream of Detroit producer/rapper Black Milk’s new EP. The self produced nine track EP includes features from Guilty Simpson, and Fat Ray. Glitches in the Break will be released in a 12″ vinyl edition on April 19th, 2014. By the way, that “G” record with Guilty Simpson sounds incredible.

With a brand new album No Poison No Paradise set to be released tomorrow, Black Milk kindly releases one of the bonus tracks off the project. The song titled “Poison” gives us that classic boom bap soulful sound, love how he filtered the this one. Listen below.

Today just continues to get better and better. A couple of days ago Black Milk released the official video for “Sunday’s Best//Monday’s Worst” and today we get the album in full streaming capabilities for his fans. The album will include features from Black Thought, Dwele, Robert Glasper, and more. To me, this is one of the highly anticipated albums of the year.
