After recently dropping her short, but sweet Mango EP, songstress Olawumi reaches back even further and visuals a track off her NOIR EP. Directed by Brittney Briggs & The Afrolombian.
Words from Olawumi:
“This video was a reflection of how I want to portray my art – in the most minimal, yet elaborate way possible. I have always believed in less is more, and creating something to keep my supporters and fans coming back, hence the trippy visuals and sounds. I wanted it as raw as possible, and I would have to say that is my favorite part; the fact that I am not being my typical secretive self, you can see my face, my body, its a little opposite of my first video, and my usual reclusive appearance. I think the fans will like this one, it’s different, but it follows the whole vibe. The soul-trap trippy vibe that so many people are growing to love.”
