Nas, Q-Tip & The Roots Perform “One Love” On The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon

Ahhhh. Q-Tip & Nas revisits Nas’s Illmatic album, earlier tonight on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon. The two perform the album cut, “One Love” which was produced by Q-Tip, and featured him as well. Backed by The Roots, Nas gives us a trip back down memory lane with this record. Also the forthcoming 20th anniversary of Nasir’s classic album, will be released on April 15th.

Prince & 3RDEYEGIRL Debuts “FUNKNROLL” On The Arsenio Hall Show

As soon as I turned on my television last night, I saw that Prince was performing. He always puts on a great performance. 3RDEYEGIRL and The New Power Generation debuted a new brand new single titled “FUNKNROLL” last night on The Arsenio Hall Show. Later on in the show, the purple one also performed his one of his many classic records “She’s Always in My Hair”.

Pharrell Performs “Happy” (Live At 2014 Oscar Awards)

While Pharrell’s latest single “Happy” is currently nominated for “Best Original Song. He performed the #1 song on the Billboard Hot 100 chart earlier tonight on the 2014 Oscar Awards. Do remember, Pharrell’s album, GIRL will be available at midnight.

Live Stream: 2014 Grammy Awards Red Carpet

The live stream is currently in progress, from 3pm-8pm, until the Grammy begins.

MTV News and VH1 News today announced that they will return to The Grammy® Awards red carpet for another memorable, LIVE cross-brand pre-show on Sunday, January 26 from 3:00 p.m. ET to 8:00 p.m. ET that will stream simultaneously on MTV.com, VH1.com and MTV Xbox App, as well as on smartphones and tablets via the MTV iPhone and Android. In addition, the final 60-minutes of the broadcast will air LIVE on MTV Hits, MTV’s 24-hour digital music station.

Drake Appears On “Saturday Night Live” (Video)

Tonight, Drake was featured on tonight’s Saturday Night Live, which he also hosted. Tonight also marked the first episode of 2014. Aubrey opens up the show by appearing on CNN, and showcasing his acting skills with impressions from Katt Williams, A-Rod, Lil Wayne, and more. Drake also performed his latest hits, “Started From The Bottom”, “Trophies” and more.

Chance The Rapper Performs “Chain Smoker” On “The Arsenio Hall Show” (Video)

Just a few moments ago, Chicago rapper Chance The Rapper performed his Acid Rap featured record “Chain Smoker”. I admit I slept on that project, but it’s not a bad listen it definitely gets plays. Also before performing, Chance declared peace for Chicago and rightfully so, sad to say they need it.

Last night on The Arsenio Hall Show, Childish Gambino was the guest and he discussed his hopes & fears, and also the reasoning behind rapping. Gambino also spoke on his instagram messages, the reason why he left the show Community and more. Childish Gambino always speaks how he feels, gotta respect that.

Also Gambino debuts a brand new song entitled “Shadows”, which will be on his forthcoming album, Because The Internet. This song sounds really good, and we’re looking forward to his album.
