After revealing the artwork for his ‘i’ single last week Kendrick has today released the single out to the masses. Kendrick grabs LA producer Rahki for the production which includes a sample from Isley Brothers’ classic ‘That Lady’. The long awaited sophomore album from Kendrick is on it’s way. As for the single it’s not what I was expecting, it has a very radio friendly sound, an infectious hook and a mellow yet very creative beat. It’s a clever record in my opinion with the power to take Kendrick’s appeal to the next level, if there is one that is.
Representing Young Rolling Stonerz Music Group, New York MC Boogz Boogetz teams up with Maybach Music Group’s own Fat Trel. Directed by Butta, the visuals for “Live” are exactly what you think they would be as the trippy effects are combined with a very live party atmosphere. C.O.O.L. 2 will be hitting the streets in the near future, so stay tuned and check out the official flick after the break!
DUBB releases his new song “DEJA VU” produced by Chinky P (which is my current favorite by him). The rising west coast wordsmith has four upcoming song appearances on The Game “Year Of The Wolf” album which drops October 14th. DUBB is also expected to release his own new project “Perfect Timing” later on this year.
The word has been floating around lately, so why not create a song around it. “Flourish” is the first single off The Boxcar Chronicles, which will be released September 30th. The song features MarsTheMC and is produced by King Mickey. Y’all love to have a good time right, have a good time with Microwave and Mars after the break.

After dishing off an inspiring new video for his latest single “Changes” just a couple of weeks ago, Baltimore’s own Malik Ferraud is back with another new track titled “2 Times” featuring Atlanta’s own Curtis Williams of Two-9. Taking a different route with this song, Malik and Curtis both pay homage to the haters out there and rap some fast-paced lyrics over a catchyBlack Diamond instrumental that samples Jay-Z and UGK’s hit song ‘Big Pimpin’
While we continue to to wait for the Inland Empire’s own Audio Push to release their anticipated debut album, the duo blesses us with some new music. They release two tracks, one titled “Fwd Back” which features King Chip & Riff Raff which is produced by Sapp and also “On The Way”.
These two can’t lose, stream the tracks after the break.
